BOOKING CONDITIONS.

1. Crookhurst Farmhouse is for 12 persons and cots available, Crookhurst Cottage is for 2 or 3 persons and cot available.
   Children must not be left unsupervised in
   the farmhouse or cottage.
2. The accommodation is available from 3 30pm on the first day of the
   holiday and must be vacated by 10 00am on the last day.
3. A non-returnable deposit of 10% per full week or 10% for short breaks is
   required within one week to confirm your booking, if not it will be deemed
   that you no longer require it and we will not hold the reservation. The
   balance is due one month prior to your arrival.
4. Your booking is accepted on the understanding that the premises are
   used for holiday purposes only and that the number in your party does not
   exceed that stated for the unit.
5. The client agrees to leave the property, furnishings and equipment in the
   same clean and tidy condition as found upon arrival.
6. Prices may be subject to alteration without notice so please check when
   booking.
7. Pets cost £8 each per night and are only accepted at our discretion and under
   the following conditions:

• They must never be left alone in the cottages or in the garden.
• Bedding must be brought for them.
• Any damage they do must be paid for.
• Any fouling in the grounds must be cleaned up immediately.
